Call for Papers: 12th Annual Graduate Research Conference at Old Dominion University

 

The Graduate Society for International Studies, in collaboration with the Graduate Program in International Studies, is pleased to announce the 12th Annual Graduate Research Conference to be held in Webb Center, Old Dominion University on February 21, 2014.  The conference title this year is “Dynamics of the Twenty-First Century.”
We welcome abstracts from programs including political science, economics, communications, humanities, history, public administration, business studies, criminology, women’s studies, modeling and simulation, foreign languages, and intercultural studies.  This multidisciplinary conference is intended to be a forum for discussion and the exchange of ideas among students interested in examining the challenges that the twenty-first century brings to the international system and our increasingly interconnected societies and cultures.
Please send a 250-300 word abstract to the Conference Coordinator, Scott Duryea, at sduryea@odu.edu.  Include a cover sheet with the following information: name, mailing address, telephone number and email address, academic affiliation, and paper title.
